The easiest way to update your address with the Ontario government is to communicate with ServiceOntario. Below are the main provincial agencies to notify of your move as soon as possible.
Driver’s licence and vehicle permit
You can inform ServiceOntario of your change of address in three different ways:
Online through ServiceOntario;
Visit your local ServiceOntario centre.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP)
There are four different ways for you to change your address on your health card:
Online through ServiceOntario;
Visit your local ServiceOntario centre;
Complete a Change of Address form, print it and mail it to:

Election Ontario
There are two ways for you to change your address with Election Ontario:
Online using e-Registration;
By submitting an Application for an Update to the Permanent Register of Electors for Ontario form, along with a photocopy of proof of name and residential address. Return these two documents by mail to:
